Service Description

Postpartum Doulas are part of the sacred daytime sanctuary of your home. We mainly focus on the postnatal period after both you and baby have labored hard. We celebrate your strength as as new parents by providing 4 postpartum visits over the course of 6 weeks. Three of them are daytime visits while one is overnight. When home, the family values you awakened during pregnancy, labor and delivery will be executed through guidance by your doula. She will take care of both of you and baby by making sure you and dad rest, guiding your choices in feeding baby, giving resources when needed, light cooking, light cleaning around the house, getting siblings involved (if applicable), reflecting on birth experience(s) and of course, supporting and engaging in deepening family values through every step of the way.
